Yes we have sold 2k tickets. It has however brought it to the media attention. That in itself is a step in the right direction

Think theres a theme building here, London games are getting beyond the pockets of a lot of normal working and student city supporters, it certainly is getting beyond me as im semi retired, Norwich by train the other week cleared me out but i would sooner have gone to Norwich than London, its pick and choose now

Think we made a big deal about this now the media have got wind and now we're being shown up a bit

We've had games this year at just £10 less including the mighty Southampton

Plus we've only took a small allocation to QPR

£55 On a tuesday night? Good.

We would easily have sold out the full allocation for Sunday if the club hadn't over reacted to a couple of days of slow sales just before Christmas. I'd bet the QPR game would also sell out if it isn't on the telly.

Perhaps the club are seeing it from the fans pov and making a statement sending back the tickets. or not

Arsenal fans on The Guardian website blaming US for the £62 charge
Their logic is that its our fault because of the wages we are paying our players
They have seemed to forgot that they were the first club to pay a player 100k a week 12 years ago(Sol Campbell)

There's a few of them citing supply and demand and comparing football supporting to eat at a top restaurant as justification for it on there as well. I'd be worried if I started hearing blues saying things like that.

I used to admire Arsenal as a club and the way they play but having met a few Gooners on hols in Devon , i hope they lose every week. When they saw my City t shirt they made a bee line for me giving it loads about how we steal players from them even Marwood and Viera. Even my maroon t shirt was a copy of their recent away shirts ! Had to educate them for a while, tossers.

This is like when we go in for a player who is worth £5 mill and then city come in and suddenly the player is worth £10 mill !, now clubs are trying to do the same to us fans. Well they can all fuck off the fucking fuckers !.
