Arsenal (H) | PL | Post-match Thread

Glad we rescued something but a poor summer is costing us.
We cannot keep a clean sheet, every shot on target seems to be going in against us, and a severe lack of creativity in the team without an aging and injury prone Kev and no striker backup for Haaland.
Getting away with it atm, ie Chelsea could have gone either way, Ipswich were an incorrect penalty call away from an equiliser despite being outplayed, West Ham were the woodwork away also despite us dominating , Brentford should have been out of sight and today, 33 shots to 5, 3 on target and 2 goals and we scrape a draw.
Missing a 2nd striker, a creative midfielder and a worry how little goals our wingers add to the team as we are simply no where near clinical enough with our chances.
Oliver was his usual self, Arsenal would have had 12 added on as they often do if it was the other way round

You'd take the point in the circumstances but there'll be nothing made of their shithousery and cheating, they'll be celebrated as having taken a step forward

Jack made a difference and injected some pace. Best thing was the first 20 mins when we looked fantastic - just hope Rodri has a slight twist rather than a tear of a ligament.

Onto the next hopefully with a new skipper and Rico back in for our weak link.

Oliver shouldn't be given another game, period. But if that's the best the PL can offer I can't wait for the 115 verdict.
 
That’s a result for Arsenal; they didn’t lose at the Etihad and put Rodri out for a few weeks. Mission accomplished.
 
Tempo of the team and play so far this year has been naff to watch tbh. Missing a spark, too narrow and slow.
