Great to see something like the old Kev back. I thought Raz was frankly poor, getting muddled up with his own feet. I'd like to know what's going on with the lad.
Mendy, I fear, will never get anything like his old swashbuckling speed and those fizzing passes back. I'd love him to prove me wrong, but I just don't see where it's coming from.
Fern's anticipation and reading is so excellent. What on earth are we going to do without him?

He’ll be like Stanley Matthews, Fernandinho. He’ll still be in our back four in his late 40s!

Not being a dickhead, at least not intentionally, but what makes Foden excellent today? Personally though he was forgettable and almost poor
 
KDB has to play in that role every time and forget asking him to tuck back into midfield just give him the free role and play right across the front line
he is that good and special why have him deep in the midfield because he is not hurting other teams back there

also big shout to the whole team today and they give KDB the freedom of the park to do his magic and the cart horses that work hard and do the ugly stuff so the players like KDB can show their magic, sometimes never get a mention but they worked their sock off today, job was done in the first half and we damaged arsenal and why try and go again in the 2nd half because you still only get 3 points

this team and pep and city are holding back and we all know the prize they really want this season and champions league trophy will sit nicely in the cabinet with the other 4 premier league titles and if we can get back laporte and sane and aguero and a unstoppable KDB then we can win the champions league

Razza seems to be able to choose the wrong pass most of the time. Not sure what’s going on with him.
Lovely to see Foden starting. His energy is what we need. The more he plays the better and stronger he’ll get.
It’s a good job KDB can shoot and actually put the ball PAST the defenders or keeper.

2nd half was all about game management I suppose. No need to exert beyond requirement.

ArsenalFanTV will be comedy gold again tonight.

We weren’t our slickest but we won.
Apparently they didn’t get a shot on target after 90 seconds.

Those fouls statistics are quite staggering.
 
I thought Mendy did well. First half when Arsenal had lots of possession he gave Pepe a cushion, didn't dive in and sized up Pepe's threat. Once he'd got his measure he was all over him second half and there was no threat at all down their right. Sure, his crossing wasn't his best but it didn't need to be. I'm no fan of Mendy but found little reason to fault him today. We need to carry on finishing chances like we did first half if we're to overcome Leicester. Kev masterclass today. Glad to see Foden start. Overall 3-0 away to anyone is highly satisfactory.

There’s logic to it, I don’t think so though because we wasn’t amazing, two early goals makes life an awful lot easier. Arsenal were shocking
