I think Arsenal are gonna mount a serious challenge.

They could hit 85-90 points easily. It'll be on us to be better than them!

Recently we've been pretty crappy on the road and have trouble scoring away from home especially without Haaland. (okay so it counts the disallowed Rodri and Foden goals) but we didn't get much else in the net did we?
They always go through a shit patch of 6-10 games, it'll be up to us to take advantage of that and win the head to head.

At one stage they'd something like 2 wins and 8 losses in 10 games, think it started with Spurs hammering them 6-2.
Not saying you are wrong but my memory is it was one of the easiest league wins ever even though the points total of 81 was nothing special.

They beat us at home

That was the game where we could have clawed back some ground but they beat us and went clear and never looked back.

I've been impressed by Arsenal. There was signs Arteta was getting it right last season and they look a lot better this one. Whether they can retain their form remains to be seen but they could do.

I'm still looking to see what Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool, Utds score is before City's.

Think you will be right mate, there's no way we'll go through the same form of 10 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss. We have 2 big games before the World Cup with Chelsea away and Wolves away.

Then when we come back we have a run of West Ham, Brighton, Newcastle, Spurs and Utd. If we somehow come out of those games relatively unscathed then maybe I'd put City's results higher up the priority list, but we've a lot still to prove until then.

From the 4th February you have (on paper) 8 very winnable games.

There is not much panic on here but if you go through the next two fixtures with maximum points I will be very concerned and most will have to believe Arsenal are the real deal this season.
