What a fucking weapon. Love that their narrative has become "well how can we compete with City?" rather than looking at the absolute bottle job from their team. Embarrassing, I thought Arsenal fans were a bit better than this.
Ain’t this the same twat who was spouting “it’s a one horse race” and “they was running away with it” a few weeks back

Really fucking hate the narrative that we are some unstoppable force of nature that Arsenal could do nothing about. Arsenal are on a four game run without a win that includes trips to relegation teams and threw away two 2 goal leads. City have been poor for spells this season and had, realistically, given themselves too much to do no matter how good we were for the final 10 games. This isn't the Liverpool 97 point season, they've absolutely choked at the first sign of pressure.

How can anyone not fall asleep listening to him droning on!!
I thought he wasn’t that bad until he mentioned about the 100 plus charges and our team on the decline shit. I don’t know how old he is, looks about 60 but football has moved on. We didn’t start the ruination of football we just joined the party. I remember growing up and we could never beat these fuckers ever. Now it’s modern day payback for you and everyone else my cockney friend. Get over it because I had 30 yrs of shit when the red cartels ran the league.

Check this salty **** out...

Gru and his minions.

He's in for a shock thinking we're at our peak and nobody is getting better. Foden, alvarez, haaland is a 22 year old front 3, none of our centre backs are over 28, they're all at least 2 years off hitting what's traditionally considered their peak, rodri has 8-10 years in him as the best holding mid in the game. we will rejuvenate the squad with players like bellingham. Of all the things to cling to, us potentially being over the hill is not the one to choose.

How do we think this current City team is looking compared to the past incarnations of Pep's teams?
Probably not as good as the fourmidable and centurions teams (yet), at the least not as consistent across the season as those teams were and not as prolific going forward. Their peak performances are arguably better though as we're a lot more solid and composed defensively in the bigger games where we've less of the ball and while being less dangerous going forwards its very, very difficult to keep us from scoring. If we can keep Bernardo for another season and do some smart transfer business (not necessarily any big names) I think this team will be the best of the lot.

We're far more solid defensively. The double pivot really helps in that respect and we're more organised when the opposition is coming at us. In previous seasons one of your (few) forays forward would have probably resulted in a goal, because we'd be all over the place.

Cheers guys, yeah that's what I was seeing as well. You are now big and powerful as well, and with that monster up front, you have an out ball if your being pressed like you've never really had before. Those thinking he was just a finisher are way off, he can rag doll defenders, he has improved coming deep and linking up, I don't know how you contain him to be honest.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very disappointed in the way we played, and the goals we conceded were shocking, but we were just well beaten by a much better team, and need to keep trying to improve and at least try and keep on your coat tails.

Seems to me like watching a fighter move up a weight class. We're not as light on our feet or as pretty to watch as we've been in the past, but we're savvier, are able to absorb blows a bit more freely, and have added a killer knockout punch to our game. We are starting to win games from knockouts rather than on points.
