Kaveh Fuckwit on Sty just said that Rice shouldn’t have received a second yellow for kicking the ball away, and he would have been happy with a yellow for Saliba yesterday.

No wonder we call him Fuckwit.
There's only one reason he's saying that and he'd have a different opinion if it were City

The invincibles achieved a great feat and were a great team, but comparing them to City under Pep, is just punching above their weight class.
I am not even sure why that Arsenal side is even been compared to these Pep sides. Some people are just delusional, how the f*** do people even compare what these Pep sides have achieved to the Invincibles?
Why is it even a conversation?
It's only a conversation if you're a deluded Tarquin.

Hahahaha. This lot are utter morons. The bald c*nt who looks like a goblin definitely batters his wife.

If it wasn’t for their FA Cup wins, 14, and Charity/Community Shield wins, 16+1 shared, their trophy count wouldn’t be as great as it is.

Arsenal.

Titles 13.
European Fairs Cup, 1.
European Cup Winners Cup,1.
League Cup/Carabao Cup, 2.

City.

Titles 10.
Champions League 1.
European Cup Winners Cup 1.
European Super Cup 1.
World Club Champions 1.
League Cup/Carabao Cup 8.
You can't add the Carabao Cup for us and not the FA Cup.

I'm not a fan of trophy counting - it's a game for the red tops.

Over the last 10 years we've been the best team by a country mile. Broken records along the way.

Do you go on an arsenal forum or just on here .
If the arsenal team with Bergkamp etc was better than this city team why didn't they win the treble.
Or 4 in a row
Why did they give up their title with a whimper the next season? To a team that arguably has a bigger shout at being all-time greats.

What do you mean better than the current City team ? if you're talking about this season's City that's silly because the season just started, if you're talking about any of the City teams of the past 4 seasons or the 2017-2019 no chance the "unbeaten" Arsenal was better, people forget just because they were unbeaten in the league they still drew a lot of games, City had a better points record in every league title won under Pep except 2021 and 2023 and that was only because City had clinched the title early and backed off in the league in the last few games to concentrate on the CL, and if you think that Arsenal team was better than City's treble winning team you're out of your mind.
I said there's an argument to be had that's all. For sure Pep is the GOAT so if you had him in charge of that invincibles team then lord only knows what would have happened because I hope it's not an argument that the invincibles team had some of the best players to ever play in the PL. Some of that team get into a best ever PL XI with Henry being the best player to play in England.

Maybe you can argue with some but not all, I don't think you can argue that the 2004 Arsenal side was better than a team that thrashed Real Madrid 4-0 en route to a treble.

It's early in the season, I'm pretty sure we'll beat Liverpool as we've turned up for the big games, issue is after the next set of fixtures City could be top despite having had injuries and not at their 'final form' yet so if Arsenal don't go on a long winning run they are toast.

We haven't looked fluid all season and haven't had a great attacking threat aside from set pieces. So a lot to do and the decision not to buy another attacker is a puzzling one.
Like I've already told you, you've already lost the title you just don't know it yet

Firstly we won the Cup Winners Cup and secondly there's a strong argument to be said that the Arsenal side that remained unbeaten and had players like Henry, Bergkamp, Pires, Cole, Campbell etc in it was a superior team to the current City team.

But we'll never find out. But for sure neither City nor Arsenal will have a side that's better than the peak Pep Barcelona side with Messi, Xavi and Iniesta etc.
If they were so great then why did they collect such a modest amount of points - 90 - and score relatively few goals - 73 - in their "Invincibles" season?
Last season City were not at their best and got more points - 91 - and scored more goals - 96. Compared to City's Centurions team - 100 points and 101 goals - that Arsenal team look pretty crap to tell the truth.
Liverpool and Chelsea have had better teams too. The tables do not lie.
