He absolutely would have carried on doing it, how often do you see a referee give a second yellow for timewasting? Particularly someone like Oliver.
A keeper getting a yellow for timewasting is just giving them permission to carry on but try to be a bit less obvious about it.

I disagree.. I do however agree with a poster who said a stopwatch on each kick would stop it, that would take the shithouse refs out of the equation ..
