If he is like me he gets frustrated when he is injured.
Several weeks back I was playing in my futsal league and some young lad caught me from the side across my ankle. I started shouting, not at him (as he did not mean to stamp me), but just to the world at large as I limped off. When you are in that competitive spirit things like that will get your blood boiling.

Apparently he got a muscle strain in the pre match warmup, nothing to bad.

he got a niggle in his quad during warm up but the Mancini / Platt etc decied it was still work eisking him - but after 10 mins he got the niggle again so was subbed

Watchin the game i thought it was tactical. He didnt seem injured to me...
But Mancini said after the game that it was an injury though he didnt know what exactly it was even though they knew about it before the game..
Sounded fishy to me hence my pondering..
