Rupert Lowe posted he had done an on-line poll and those of his constituents who would vote on X and has taken that as his steer how to vote. ( we have seen how reliable these on-line polls are with trolls and bots) whereas the obvious to do would be to go door to door and hold a town hall meeting.

Streeting will have to explain his views in interviews I am sure. Not sure about Brown he will probably do opinion pieces for papers?

You've missed the point. I was proposing a new job role outside of the medical and nursing professions be created.

It is inhumane to allow a loved one to suffer needlessly, especially against their express wishes and in light of their known medical deficiencies.

It is only religion, and religion’s hold on law and morality, that have withheld a dignified and humane death from the many who have sought it in the sanctity of their own home or country.

A humane and dignified death should be a human right, wherever and whenever possible.

Although reading slightly different, a surgeon told me over ten years ago medics don't have to take the hippocratic oath anymore.

I can’t get my head around the religious fanatics who want to maintain the status quo…

The same people who worship a God who, if real, believes it’s fair to let people die in horrific agony and indignity.

If God is real, fuck him, and I’m glad I’d be able to choose a more comfortable death should I be unlucky enough to require it.
