He was MOTM today btw.

Best bits in my opinion from that Brighton forum:

Abdul Razak was so good....
It was scary !!

That cross field ball with the outside of his foot was flair-tastic

Can't believe he is not playing first team football with a prem side. We are lucky to have him. He was fantastic.

Some of his cross field balls were the best passes seen at the Amex thus far.

Unbelievable player - the sheer composure on the ball, the vision of where his team mates are, the positioning - did anyone else notice how Navarro upped his game today whilst being sat alongside him :-)

At one point, he fell over, seemingly losing control of the ball, but got up , kept hold of it under severe pressure, beat about 3 or 4 players, and then pinged a perfect pass out to the left wing.
In general, he was just impossible to get the ball off. His passing was unbelievable. Incredible performance.

My god, what a midfield performance today?! The boy has everything:- distribution, power, good (both) feet, power, creativity, postional sense!

I was watching the Man City game after, you can clearly see how Man City and Razak are moding him into the next Yaya Toure. Razak could easily slot into that midfield in two seasons(minimum) time.

Would Razak Sign

Just listened to his BBC Sussex interview and apparently he wants to show us more: what more can there be?!!"

"Probably his massive nob. Some people have all the luck."

That is one of the funniest comments i have ever seen on a player
That guy would go down well on this forum

Picked up on the reaction from Brighton manager and fans from radio and papers yesterday. Great to see our young players making such a good impression

Re: Assulin and Razak gone to Brighton on loan

a mate of mine is back home in brighton for the weekend
he went to the match yesterday & sent me a text at half-time
it simply said:

"razak - class!"

Re: Assulin and Razak gone to Brighton on loan

Great to hear a youngster doing well, between this and Guidetti the academy has really done itself proud!

I hope we can let Razak continue to grow somewhere on loan rather than potentially stunt his growth here, the style he plays football to me is rare and we should let him hone that as much as possible, if he's loved at Brighton perhaps we should let him stay there for part of next season as i'm sure that would do wonders for the lads confidence (look at guidetti).

Lastly, anyone know if he's still trying to play for England?

Reading that forum is ridiculous, you'd think they had signed messi.

I know they are used to watching lower league football, but how good is razak really?

Good enough to make it with us?

Well if he keeps up performing like he did against Ipswich we could haves gem on our hands, saves us £15-25m eventually replacing yaya possibly.

Re: Assulin and Razak gone to Brighton on loan

He will not hang around 5 years to replace yaya, he will play with him or he will go - unless we flog yaya which I can't see
