Surprised at Georgia Hunter-Bell's performance as well, she just died in that final, had nothing left. Seems like she's still getting used to Championship racing.

Does George mills have to bring his knob head dad out every time he runs, although after listening to George he's an arrogant fuck, "anything less than silver and I would have been disappointed"

Kibiwott Kandie the latest elite Kenyan to be banned for doping.

I was reminded of this when it was announced.

Pretty much why I raise my eyebrows at any world records broken now. Still don't believe the women's marathon record is legit either.

Trying to not spoil it for anyone watching later on catchup but I think Adam Fogg's 1500m was one of the worst I've seen from a Brit on the World stage.

Left it to an all out sprint when he's the slowest sprinter in the field, very daft.

He's just not very good tbh.

A bit surprised he got selected because he had zero chance of a medal.

Impressive from Azu he's smashed it this indoor season.

GHB showed she's much better today than her performance at the Euros, I'm convinced she wasn't right physically in Holland.

Amber Anning also very impressive, would love to see her make up for her DQ at the Euros with a Gold.

Brilliant run from Amber Anning, made up for the Europeans and some, great finish after getting pushed.

Molly Caudery left a medal on the table again, just can't get it right despite her obvious talent.

Hate that Shelby Houlihan got silver, Americans are a disgrace for picking her, should be banned for life.

This grand slam of track starts tonight (23.30-01.30 TNT sports in the UK). It's over 3 nights Friday-Sunday.

6 Brits competing in the first meeting.

Z Hughes 100m & 200m.
M Hudson-Smith 200m & 400m.
J Kerr & N Gourley 800m & 1500m.
D Neita 100m & 200m.
D Asher-Smith 200m & 400m.

Never thought I'd ever see Dina run a 400m.

Not sure what to make of it yet. I am interested in seeing the athletes run the other race they don't usually do but don't know whether that is just a novelty thing that will wear off.

I think the talk and branding is doing a lot of heavy lifting at the moment. Just 4 meets all in North America with multiple stars missing from all distances, I hope it does well for the athletes sake but not sure the fans attending will get much from it.

Apart from the British there's hardly any European competitors taking part. I'll watch it because I'm a bit of a night owl but not sure I'd pay money to go and watch 8 races live when it's all over in 2 hours tops.

Yeah I'll watch too, I love the sport but 8 races a night for 3 nights feels a bit sparse, needed 2 nights tops.
Not the biggest fan of the field events being shafted as well, granted I'm more interested in the running but mainly because we're not very competitive in the field events.

A lot of the best Europeans and Africans aren't there, feels like it's just for the athletes based in North America, even some of (maybe most) of the Brits are based out there.

The attendance is so bad.

3 days is a poor decision, should be 2 but Kingston isn't looking like a good choice. The men's 100m is tonight too which is like their glamour event.

However, put this is Europe and it sells out comfortably. Not even sure the American appetite is there for it.

Ooh, cheers for the heads up pal, I’d forgotten about this. Was just about to hit the sack too.
Good line up of Brits.
What time is Dina on? - the 400m i mean. Is that race on tonight?
