Something not right when such a high percentage of limited away tickets are on agency websites, United’s away support seems opposite to their home, full of local’s
There always seems to be a lot of cockneys of Asian descent, who get interviewed leaving Utd’s away ends.

I did? I'll go back and recheck my exact wording on the post.

This is part of what I posted in the post, if this is the part of the post you are referring to?

Why do Newcastle fans support, sing, and create an atmosphere in all 4 stands and we don’t, bar for the biggest games like Arsenal and Real Madrid last season?

I didn't post..... 'why can’t we be like Newcastle fans’, which you said I posted.

(In my opinion, Newcastle fans do give their team more support, more often, from four stands, than we give City from four stands.)

Again it's a matter of opinion. We'll never agree on that point, so let's agree to disagree, otherwise we will be going around in circles.

There is no denying our supporters in SSL1(mainly), 111, 110, 109 and SSL3 give great support as a rule. I would like the other supporters in other parts of the 4 stands to join in more often. That's all I'm saying. I don't think there's anything wrong with that fair and honest observation.

What I've been posting has been clear, to the point, and understandable.

Hopefully with a run of relatively easy home games coming up, goals, and wins, our home support will pickup again and get back to what it was last season and at the start of this season.

I'm looking forward to hearing our away support tonight, which we can all agree on is one of the best away supports in the PL. :-)
This season 109, 110, 111 have been poor

I agree. Bar certain matches they've not been at their best this season. Hopefully that will change into the New Year? Can't see that changing against Palace.

It’s the same at most bigger grounds, there’s a hard core set of fans from the area and then there’s the fans that travel from afar and this comes with being the best team in the world. On champions league nights I’ve seen entire rows of fans who looks like they’ve come from the far east and clearly English isn’t their first language and they sit almost entirely silent for the whole game. You’re not going to change that aspect of it and the local fans are always going to be up for it. I think we just accept this rather than viewing it as a problem.

As far as I'm concerned whinging about tourists is just making excuses. There always still at a very minimum what... 25k season ticket holders in the ground? That's if 5-10k return. If 25k can't take care of the atmosphere then we have to take responsibility for that not blame tourists. As many have said the Real Madrid semi was the most tourists we've ever had... And one of the best atmospheres ever... Time to get introspective!

I get what you’re saying, but that’s 25k season ticket holders spread over a 50+ thousand ground all sat in different areas. It would make it really difficult to get the atmosphere going regularly. The Madrid game was one of our biggest ever games and naturally more people were trying to sing, but that’s not going to happen for your average game

Increasing number of tourists is one of the valid reasons as to why the atmosphere is getting worse in my opinion. The community shield game was a perfect example of that or away days in London. Of course season ticket holders should join in more as well.
