Interesting video of Wonderwall. I get what they are trying to do and good luck to them. Seem like decent people but it's a totally different culture over there.I bet many of the fans don't even know half the players names.

Hopefully in the new North stand will have additional self service beer dispensers like this to help speed up service pre match and HT which in recent years is woefully slow which is why never usually bother getting a drink anymore:

Give fans who live in Manchester/Greater Manchester first priority for new safe standing seats. Relocate the Family stand away from safe standing section.

I can’t agree with that. Some of the biggest Blues I’ve ever met live nowhere near the city.

There is no chance whatsoever that City will try to positively discriminate for locally based fans.

Agreed, but they should discriminate in favour of those who have a history of attending games over the past 20 years.
This. If new season cards are made available, they should prioritizing purchase history and past season cards held by the supporter number, maybe as a way of enticing fans proper fans who packed it in back

I cant agree with your last sentence. I know a few southern blues who went all over England following us when we shit. Been City fans for over 50 years. We still go but the 12hrs in the car is becoming harder to do.

Now your idea to kick us out of the new safe standing area doesnt seem fair just because we live down saff. We dont even get points for away matches !

PS isnt it the locals leave early to catch the bus ;)

Agreed in turn.

As you know, I go to Wales. I can buy as a tournament ticket holder before general sale and aways go on recent loyalty too.

In many ways, the FAW make City’s ticket office look great but they’ve got the basics right with loyalty etc.

After winning the World Club trophy, no City PL match for over a week and a half, a day on the beer, local legacy City fans getting most of the away tickets, it should be a good away end tomorrow night.

Probably because many people are priced out of it in this country
New all seater stadiums are shite in the main. Not one has improved the atmosphere since the first one was built at the Riverside about 20 years ago. These new stadiums (including city's) have so many problems such as changing the route that fans go to matches (talk about taking away the emotional link that fans had with the community) and depriving them of popping into the pubs that generations before did. (I know most pubs closed now anyway). When fans eventually get to these soulless, miles out of town all seater stadiums, (often behind a 'big Asda' or Halfords or whatever.) its about 11.45 in the morning for a shite kick off time. We really have done everything possible to take away the joy of an old fashioned match day experience. This is before we mention VAR and over. We have done everything possible to ruin what was a rare thing of working class beauty..I blame Thatcher for starters.....
