What Mourinho can do is win a dressing room over. His man management skills are excellent and it's no wonder his ex-players are still in touch with him as he's popular in that respect. His record is exceptional and he can pick his next job with ease.

Can he turn back time? Because that is what Chelsea need, ageing squad with very few bright players coming through

If Mourinho gets backing in the transfer market then he'll succeed at Chelsea. The man is a genius.

Re: AVB for the chop ?

I'm intereted to see what Mourinho would do at a club like Arsenal. He always seemed to have a hug kitty wherever he goes. At Inter he had a great base to begin with. The thing I'd most be interested in seeing is how he deals with making sacrifices with playing time and personnel. How Mou might properly blood young players into the first team quad and so forth.

He already knows that himself. ;)
