You cannot claim third hand information to be a fact.
I can claim what I like. Whether you choose to believe it or not is your business. My girlfriend has just told me that one of her friends has gotten a new job. That's third hand information by your definition therefore isn't a fact. You see where I'm going with this don't you ...
Actually you cannot have you ever heard of slander?
slander n. oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Slander is a civil wrong (tort) and can be the basis for a lawsuit. Damages (payoff for worth) for slander may be limited to actual (special) damages unless there is malicious intent, since such damages are usually difficult to specify and harder to prove. Some statements such as an untrue accusation of having committed a crime, having a loathsome disease, or being unable to perform one's occupation are treated as slander per se since the harm and malice are obvious, and therefore usually result in general and even punitive damage recovery by the person harmed.
You claims could harm both Marios career as well as Mancinis so again NO YOU CANNOT CLAIM what you like. There are repercussions to certain claims and you be bought to account for making them. Also what you girlfriend told is not a fact until verified. I would really look into the law before digging myself any deeper Billy being friendly with MODs does not make one exempt from the law.
