Banning smoking in beer gardens

If it's allowed they are free to vape if you don't like it go elsewhere where , I object to people with shit hygiene in enclosed spaces, but find if I move elsewhere I don't have to put up with them

When I used to vape this bloke comes up to me whilst I'm minding my own business. Those things will kill you he said. It was funny because he was eating a big bag of chips at the time.

So I just said

One there is no evidence it will kill me

Two I'm not talking advice from a daft **** who is filling his face with fried food and salt you idiot

And thirdly it's bad manners bothering people whilst they are on their break. For your own health I would fuck off sharpish.

Indeed. It’s proper filthy. I hated that smell of the washing basket when I smoked. Angin!

I vaped for a short time as well. However, I clocked myself in the pub window when outside with a mate who was having a cig and saw how ridiculous I looked doing it so threw my vape in the bin and never did it again.

For people that choose to vape instead of smoking, keep at it. You're likely to be saving your life and causing no harm to people around you. Don't let the moaning bastards put you off.

My view is if you smoke and have tried to quit try vaping to help you. Smoking is proven to be seriously bad for you. If you have never done either don't start vaping. The long term affects are not yet known and they will be getting more expensive in the future. There is no real logical reason to start.

It's down to private businesses if it's banned on their premises or not. Maybe it's because it LOOKS LIKE someone is smoking, so they just blanket ban it all. What happens on a cold day when breath is visible?

I believe the smell and steam that comes off them is a health hazard, it's why it's illegal, not frowned upon illegal to eat chips with salt and vinegar on them in a beer garden especially within 50 feet of young Johnny.

I love sitting at the back of 315 with the smell of strawberries (insert any other sickly unwanted vape scent here) wafting around me when the stewards aren’t looking…. Why people can’t last a couple of hours at the match without a fix is beyond me…

I firmly believe some people have an addictive personality and/or just like doing things that they shouldn't.

Find the evidence that it DOES harm people. I'm not talking about the people vaping, I mean the people stood around. There is no "secondary vape" fumes to inhale. It's basically steam.
