What goes around comes around , the only good thing about this virus is the fact it is bringing the majority of the elite G14 clubs to their knees their arrogance over the years has been repugnant , i am looking forward to Merlin lifting the La Liga title for Real Sociedad on a more level playing field , and other european leagues being more competitive. Juventus , AC MILan , Barca , Real , Benfica , Porto and many more are going to have to cut their cloth accordingly.
The greedy slimeball G14 clubs who have run UEFA and european football for decades will have to get their begging bowls out and risk failing FFP , what a beautiful scenario, they try to ban us , and COVID bites them in the arse.
You reap what you sow you greedy f*ckers.

It seems that a rational, or even moderately honest, body might conclude that forbidding genuine investment and encouraging debt financing and the accumulation of debt wasn't the best way of guaranteeing the financial stability of clubs, or even of ensuring they paid wages and other bills. I think they were UEFA's aims weren't they?

messi may now be forced out in jan window and city could get their man for free or a token payment

barca are in a mess and asking for money to be loan ? it will not fit well if a big chunk is messi wages and bonuses
i knew the wage demand was about £2million a month at city. so barca will be saving a bottom line £20million

i see a deal with Eric García in jan going to barca and messi to city with or without a fee
its happening and maybe its just what city need to inject the passion back into the squad

City should get money as well as part of the deal for this unknown, untried Messi or whatever his name is.

Messi will be going nowhere in Jan imo. His appeal is still sky high and the club will have to restructure their finances to accommodate him which by the power of grayskull they will...

Messi will be going nowhere. He has never had any intention of going anywhere. He has turned down the chance to come to city before and would do so again. Just look at the summer.

If we want to sign a world superstar who would take us up a level we should be offering the world to Ronaldo. I doubt he would come out of loyalty to united but we should st least try. Messi will never come and imo is not worth the astronomical and obscene wages and signing on fees he would demand.

I wouldn't want a prima Donna signing for us with an attitude that he was doing us a favour in doing so. Especially one who is 5 years past his best.

We're not that club anymore. Messi had his chance and he didn't want to do it. That was his choice, fair enough. Let the little dwarf bastard rot in a dying club. Its what he wants and deserves.

i can defo 100% going in the jan window barca are fucked and losing money far to fast. they have been told to cut the wage bill by 30% and even at that level messi wages are still 2million + a month ?

i can see city paying a fee and eric garcia so barca now how to recoup so money ? by bet its a round £70milion
so barca would make £70million and save around £30million ? if messi stays barca are still fucked and will win nothing and could even miss out of champions league place because they sit 8th at the moment

so messi leaving in jan makes sense for both parties. if barca don't win anything then they can say it was messi fault and a rebuild

I hope you are referring to the one who had a blinding 2002 World cup with a terrible haircut.............
