Baseless speculation Iheanacho/Bony

Having thought about this for a while, I have come round to the opinion that it's just further proof, if there wasn't enough already, that Pellers is a woeful manager and everything we have achieved under him is in-spite of him rather than because-of him.

I totally agree with you.

Predicted Bony would score today in the pre match thread.

May have been the most shit of my many shit posts.

The only reason I can see for MP continually picking him has to be putting him in the shop window

Kelechi even though no where near the finished article and still rough around the edges, offers so much more than Bony

You might as well be playing with 10 men on the pitch when you play with Bony.

Shouldt ever play again and has been an awful buy.....cant wait for him to be gone

It's obvious isn't it? Bony and Pellegrini are secret lovers. The forbidden love is the sweetest.

Why would Pellers care about putting Bony in the shop window when he's not even gonna be manager next season? The reason he picks Bony is cos for some strange reason only known to him he doesn't trust or rate Nacho.

I'd have an easier time believing the Magic Bullet theory than the Shop Window theory. If I'm marketing Bony then the last thing I want is prospective buyers to see him out on the pitch. Better to go the eBay route and just post pictures of him from 2014 when he actually scored the odd goal and looked 15 kg lighter.

Pelegrini loves a target man he had Santa Cruz at malaga and always played him he's doing the same with bony times have changes tho barely any top sides play with that sort of striker these days

If Aguero can't play on Tuesday night and Bony is leading the line, is it too much to ask that City fans get behind the fella rather than giving him shit every time he makes a mistake? Would be nice if we could support a City player rather than reducing him to a nervous wreck which won't help our cause one bit.

You're about 30 years too late with that request.

I will get behind him but it is hard not to groan when he trips over the ball or mis-controls it and obviously he hears that.

I don't have a problem with either of those things, it happens. What is infuriating is when he completely slows down (re: ENDS) an attack because he holds onto the ball and let's the entire defensive team get back into position.

Get behind him when he starts doing the job he is getting paid a hundred fucking grand a week to do.

Yeah, really helps him and the team when an entire stadium gets on his case. This time last year Nasri was the boo boy of choice, and now he's flavour of the month

You do realise people wouldn't be getting on his case if he wasn't playing like it was the first time he's ever played football? What you hear in the stadium and on here is pure frustration. He's been given time, he's been given chances and he is still shit.
