Beckham could be out of the world cup... thank god...

No Team Beckham at the WC????

The FA will have just gone into mourning as well as the sychophantic media that lick his arse all day. It might, just might mean a player who deserves to go will go.

That's karma for having the audacity to get more caps than Bobby Moore for being a brand rather than an actual football player.

I knew you would be ecstatic mat, and I share your enthusiasm. All the money the FA will be losing out on through endorsements. Have to keep pushing Rooney to the front now. Shame he is fuck ugly. Maybe Belgravia and Regain will sponsor team England now.

This is shite cause it gets Theo Shitcott closer to starting every game.

It's bloody ridiculous that he got more caps than a truly great footballer in Bobby Moore. At least now we won't have to ever hear that he's Englands most capped player ever.

And lets face it,how many "Caps" has the towrag "won" when coming on as a sub ????????
I bet Bobby Moore, nor Peter Shilton never won any on that basis !!!!!!!!!!!

Poor ol peter andre will be gutted this week that his new 'World exclusive' revelations to the tabloids wont get a mention until st dave of norwich is on the mend

A real shame for him. He's always a threat with set pieces and in light of the all the other headlines surrounding England at the moment, he is a true pro who's always kept himself fit and proudly represented his country.

On a brighter note that surely pushs AJs chances of a deserved call up and for the record what a goal, definately meant it!

Not good for an England fan.

His experience would have been vital. And he's still one of the best crosser/set piece specialists in the game.

Don't really understand all the glee about this. Yes, the media circus around him gets extremely tiresome and his desire to be on the front page of every newspaper and magazine in the world is a frustrating sideshow, but he was going to the World Cup for a reason; crucially, he offers something different to the three identikit head-down-and-run merchants that are SWP, Walcott and Lennon.

Whatever you're opinion of Beckham as a person, this isn't anything to be getting excited about if you want the best for England in South Africa. Hopefully AJ can finish the season strongly and even possibly book himself a place in the starting line-up.
