He's said the club can be ruthless - good! I want them to be, because sometimes you have to be ruthless to be successful.
He said Mancini doesn't speak with the players much on a social basis, again I would say this is fairly normal at the elite level. Capello is hardly chummy with his players but he's one of the most successful managers of all time.
The thing that worries me is players breaking ranks with the dressing room and seeking to further their own gains through the media. There is no other reason for him to do that interview other than to alert other managers in the league that he wants to leave. He won't issue a transfer request or say he wants to leave as he will lose his bonus. Prick
