No, he can't have his own thread, he was a Hughes signing, praise for him would be like admiting that maybe Hughes knows what he's doing.

10 pages on Jo suggesting Hughes hasn't got a clue is fine though.

LMAO.

Class.

As for Bellamy. Fucking brilliant today. His work rate is unbelievable. Non stop for 90 minutes!
brilliant again today, not just the goal. all round play.

Is this VBR bloke real?

Even at the match at half time they showed the chances from the first half on the big screen and I counted 6 good chances for us to score.

I do realise that it doesn't fit in with your "Hughes out" argument though so feel free to not acknowledge this as i'm sure you will.

6 chances? Now you're just lying. I haven't even said Hughes out for months or even once in this thread, so stop making things up.

It could have been 4-4 at full-time if everyone had taken their chances and to be honest we did look a bit shaky at the back. Zabaleta had an iffy game, spells of the game he was tackling well and getting forward, but for the majority of it his passing was fairly poor. Thought the Robinho change was decent from Hughes, Robinho was crap today, had one or two moments of spark and Caicedo did well to hold up the ball when he came on and gave us that physical presence we lacked upfront. Richards was pretty dire again. Bellamy continues to shine and work hard. Ireland was decent for most of the match, but Given has to take MotM award for making 4 fantastic saves and getting us the 3 points.

funny. you put this elsewhere. not quite the hissy fit stance you have in this thread.

Hissy fit stance? PMSL. I'm just being honest, some people can't take that even though we won it was still a relatively shaky performance and we could have easily lost this one but some posters just see WIN and think we carved out 50 chances and refuse to believe Boro had better chances than we did in the first-half and could have gone in at the break 1 or 2 up.

His work rate is excellent, and the 2 goals he has scored, have both been made and scored by him, he does look class.

Ireland hit the bar
Ball flashed across goal
Good save from their keeper from Bellamy after scramble
Kompany from corner
Robinho hit side netting
Zabaleta had a shot over the bar

That's 6 by my counting. And I was even specific for you!

2 goals in 3 appearances takes some doing and any striker would love that record. Full of running and very fast, always wanting the ball. Well done Bellers.

Hughes has no idea what he is doing, as demonstrated by the UEFA Cup squad where he thought he could pick De Jong, and he clearly couldn't. As for Bellamy, he took the goal well, that being said we are not to force going forward now as we where during the opening couple of months and that is a worry.

Where did he say he thought he could pick De Jong?
Hughes Quote "There are only so many you are allowed to bring in, so we have had a look at it and Nigel won't be involved" Clearly there was nothing to look at as he couldn't be picked anyway.

He could have been involved instead of Bridge, a choice was made and you haven't backed up your claim that Hughes thought he could play.
