BELLAMY

It astounds me the level that some people will go to waxing lyrical about the poisoned dwarf but now that we are in that Hughes esq type group of grinding out results, then you'll start to put those players who epitamise on a pedastil. So lets just get used to workrate and throw any skill and natural abilility our of the window its Hughes way lets just get used to it

Bellamy were fantastic again today, works so hard and he doesn't give up, in the last 3 games he's been in our best top 3 players from each match, glad he got a goal again today, will do him good and at the moment is confidence is sky high, the more the better please Craig!

I don't know what else any player needs to do in their first three games for the club? It must be wonderful to know everything without considering the facts.

Hissy fit stance? PMSL. I'm just being honest, some people can't take that even though we won it was still a relatively shaky performance and we could have easily lost this one but some posters just see WIN and think we carved out 50 chances and refuse to believe Boro had better chances than we did in the first-half and could have gone in at the break 1 or 2 up.

But sometimes it is the opposite. In that some can't take a defeat without wanting to slit their wrists.

This is a long haul if we ever want to step up to the top four.

Two goals in three games. Can't argue with that. Unless you have an agenda.

There are no posters on here with agendas...ludicrous to suggest such a thing....

;)

No agenda but lets see how he gets on against the scousers after they were one of his many previous ones

Cant wait tbh Mike, looking at them today, I believe we can give them a good game (if Torres gets injured... ;-)

Yeh, the fact that he can finish better than any striker we have had since Anelka is down to being a clogger, no skill at all.

He could have been involved instead of Bridge, a choice was made and you haven't backed up your claim that Hughes thought he could play.
You know what please when you get the chance read the ruling, basically if you have played in the UEFA cup your cup tied(if you have played in the CL or Intertoto Cup your OK). However, there is a 2nd part that Hughes is aware of and was referring to when he made the comment I previously spoke of and that's the 1 player having played in Europe rule, for example if we had signed say..... a player from Rangers we would have had to pick between him and Bridge(assuming of course he had played in the CL)on the 3 in 1 having played in Europe.
