I bet there are plenty of players with World Cup winners medals who didn't even get on the pitch.

Worst 11 World Cup winners.

Kleberson's my favourite because he managed to get the rags to fork out loads of money even though he was shit.

But there's also a bloke on the list who never played a game for Italy. Not in the World Cup, never played a game for them full stop.

He had some sort of flair up or inflamation following his first game back, and ended up going back to Cugat in Barcelona to check that nothing serious had happened.

I suspect that since then the club have decided to protect their investment in him and put him on an extended recovery program. He's training with the team, and Pep didn't say he was injured when asked who was unfit in Friday's press conference.

I suspect he'll get a run out soon - maybe against Swansea - and they'll take it from there. If we're going to face teams playing like Watford until the end of the season, he'd be a massive benefit to the team. As much as Zinchenko's been great, Mendy's deliveries are completely unplayable.
