I was just about to post similar. He’s probably fucking knackered. The effort he put in the last 6 months of last season was extraordinary then he went to a summer tournament and was the best player by all accounts.

Give him a proper rest and hope he’s back on form for the CL knockouts and cup competitions

Thats against peps rules by the look of it gundy is in the midfield before berny in peps eyes. I would go with berny, kdb and rodri as the first choice if fernandinho has to stay at cb

The players need mental rest,the last 2 yrs has been relentless,he followed that with a summer games then got branded a racist,give the kid a break ffs
