You can’t lose Bernardo and Gundo in the same window absolutely no chance.
I don't think it's about our current cash flow. Will depend on our other business I reckon. If we end up selling a load of the youngsters, Laporte, Mahrez and so forth and banking a nice chunk of money. We may drop the price of Bernardo to help his move as a reward for his performances.
Special fuck you dippers brew. You also have to factor in the Coffee Bernardo makes. ;-)
That alone makes him priceless. :-)
I get this but also you also need to be realistic. I think there is only so many transfer windows we can keep having this dance with Bernardo. Sooner or later he is not going to be happy to stay here and it will impact us. Now he is married and has a baby on the way this has just been accelerated.I think it's to send a message that no matter what, we don't sell for cheap, 80m is already fantastic value for any club to get him, 50m is fleecing us.
We can still respect his wishes, but he has to understand that a club has to meet us a certain way there.
We can and will if the fee is reached. He has seen so many legends depart free so it’s only fair we show him the same curtesy. If the £70m fee is real and for how he has performed on the pitch and conducted himself off the pitch then it’s fair. We all know the fee is low but that’s not what matters here. Wonderful player and I wouldn’t want him staying and being pissed off, if the time is now it’s now.You can’t lose Bernardo and Gundo in the same window absolutely no chance.
Crikey, that was quick.Bernardo wife being pregnant imo another sign he will want to move, doubt his wife loves Manchester life much, nd now being pregnant even more reason to be closer to his and her family...
Crikey, that was quick.
They only got married a few days ago.
