Yes.
Every player is replaceable
So he is therefore replaceable
Every player is replaceable
You would, but I'm very confident that won't happen.Imagine we let go of Bernardo (without a replacement) and still not bring a Left Back in?
If that happens, surely you'd have to question some of the decisions at the club by our board this summer. Bizarre.
Nice doesn't get us anywhere. Sane went for a ridiculously cheap price at the time and we cannot let Bernardo do the same. The two players we have lost in the past few years are Sane and it seems certain Bernie. Both of them subject to the most overt tapping up I have ever seen. In both cases we have let go because we are run by good people. That approach certainly won't stop like minded clubs taking the same approach in future. It is bloody infuriating. I'm not really sure what the answer is: Euefa rules? Play the same game? play hard ball on price? none of them perfect by any means.
90m what?Just in case anyone somehow cannot related 90M to reality, it's like 90 houses with 1M per house.
Sane had a year left on his contract, was coming back after 9 months out and left for a fee greater than those brought in for Jesus and Sterling. I think the board did ok.Nice doesn't get us anywhere. Sane went for a ridiculously cheap price at the time and we cannot let Bernardo do the same.
If Barcelona want him, they pay the going rate or piss off. Just wish we were a bit like PSG, they didn't fold for Mbappe and they took Neymar off Barcelona. The arrogance of Barcelona and Madrid really angers me. The worst clubs in football.
Yep lies, propaganda seems to make us think.. do players not have any common sense?
Bernardo doesn't come across to me as stupid.
Didn’t they just put Mbappe in charge though? ;-)Nice doesn't get us anywhere. Sane went for a ridiculously cheap price at the time and we cannot let Bernardo do the same.

"giving in" is nonsense. Its business. By all accounts he will leave if 100m euros or so is on the table. Double what we paid originally for starters. Some on here still don't think thats enough and are throwing out figures like 150m, complete waste of time even typing that because its not going to happen. You're talking absolute bollocks mate. It's the principle. You can't just give in to a club who are trying to tap up our player and give him to them for a ridiculously cheap price.
If they want Bernardo, they pay the price he's worth and none of this add ons bollocks. Pay hard cash upfront!
Cucurella went for 62. Bernardo goes for 100m minimum or 60-70m plus FDJ/Gavi. What kind of message does this send out if we let go of a World Class Player for the same price as Brighton and Everton let go of Cucurella and Richarlison.
Makes us look Small Time.
Bellingham better than Bernardo? Is that on fifa?Arguably Bellingham could play that 8 role better than Silva. Also knows Haaland well
........Rodri......
Bellingham....KDB
Solid
Yeah lets be like PSG and give Bernardo the keys to the club and allow him to do whatever he wants, what a great precedent to set.If Barcelona want him, they pay the going rate or piss off. Just wish we were a bit like PSG, they didn't fold for Mbappe and they took Neymar off Barcelona. The arrogance of Barcelona and Madrid really angers me. The worst clubs in football.
incredible player. Can't imagine he's obtainable currently.bruno guimarães could be a good shout to replace silva if he goes. Could be a top top player if coached right.
I don't understand this point of view. Barca have gone and mortgaged their future for a transfer window but look at the players they have bought. They are going to challenge for trophies, no doubt.Of course I am biased, but struggling to see the appeal of a club that is almost on its arse. I suppose these players have to get it out of their systems for others to see its like rats jumping onboard the sinking ship. Sooner it goes tits up, the better.
fuck me, that's giving him away! The figure being bandied about is €80m, which is £67.5m.
I just replied on previous comments, the context is there! ;)90m what?
Pounds?
Euros?
Smarties?
It‘s meaningless without labels. And, to the uninitiated, £ and € are not interchangeable.
I'm just a cook, not an accountant.
Seems maybe more like a player for Chelsea? I would have thought we more in need of a midfielder, a speedy line hugging winger. Or, dunno.... LB??Id send most of the money to leipzig for nkunku.
About to sign sesko from salzburg so replacement is already in (earlier then intended but driven by interest outside rb group)
fuck me, that's giving him away!
