Dunno pal, but you know and I know that they’ll get away with murder and still “buying” players, without actually passing any cash over to the “selling” club. It’s called being a “history” club
as bad as the scousers this lot

why dont they just go the whole hog and register themselves as a charity, because they seem to think everyone should just give them stuff because they are barcelona

Barca are a festering sore imo

I have a longstanding fondness for Barca but recent years have reduced my affection for them. They have become a right pain, in a bad way.

The tactics of the spanish clubs off the field are very irritating.

They need to put up £100m in cash for immediate payment or fuck off.

Quite why Bernie can't just be happy to play for the best club in the world for another 3 seasons and then go on a free to his boyhood team is also tiresome.

I still don't understand the 'pull' of the shirt. As a player you have to accept that you may not get paid what they sign up to. You may win the odd La Liga but there are caveats to that. If you want to experience life in the city, give it 5 years and you can live there as long as you want. That brings you to wearing the shirt (ala De Jong). They are fast becoming (or already have) the symbol of everything wrong with football rather than a great institution it was.

Bernie is so likeable and his performances so good that I can (just) forgive him this. Tiresome is a very good descriptor though mate.
Yep bored of it now, he’s a great player but either sign or go, there will be others, everyone thought Silva, Aguero, Kompany irreplaceable well it’s worked out fine so far.

Bernado has been a fantastic player and servant to the club who I love watching play, however he will not be held in the same regards as Silva, Aguero, Kompany, KDB and even Rodri as late. My thought process is that it’s been what 2 or 3 years he has wanted off. A shame as he could of been held in the same regard as the players mentioned.

So they are around €3 billion in debt yet La liga and uefa still let them buy players despite the unpaid salaries of and transfer bills for players they have already “purchased”? Unbelievable. Does the €3 billion of debt include the gate receipts and tv income they have already taken from the next 10 years or so? If this isn’t completely financially (and morally) bankrupt then what the fuck is? And yet we have 115 charges thrown at us for being financially prudent and well run with no debt. Double standards doesn’t come close
I'm amazed that they could afford Gundogan on a free.:-)

Another year and despite links he stays. Time for that new deal Bernie, he knows it’s in his best interests.
