A bit recent but the Chelsea one 2 years ago. 1-0 down but managed to win 2-1. The whole crowd was behind the team.

A similar game was city v stoke back in league 2 when we were 1-0 down at half time. A fantastic second half performance for us to win 2-1. Great game

Got to agree ..... We shouted DeJong around the ground and he duly obliged ..... Seats behind me held their heads in their hands when tevez stepped up to the free kick I said don't worry it's a banker ...... Goal. Then lampard steps up against Shay .... Turned around and said he hasn't a chance of scoring .... Get in Shay. Turns out I got Swine flu at the game and suffered for 6 weeks with it but apparently you can see the future for a limited time. Has to be the 4-3 at Newcastle when we won the league

Me too.

I would also mention the Ballet on Ice against Spurs at Maine Road

That was also one of the best games I attended even though the weather was bloody awful the quality of the football kept me warm as toast.

Nice to see games from long ago being mentioned, and relatively obscure ones too. I could pick the 1956 Cup Final (my second City match and first trip to London) in the first category and various obscure ones in the second, like home to Villa one Boxing Day c. 2002.) But if I had to forget most City memories and save only a few, then it's easy, and they're all recent:
1.the Aguerooo match
2. 2011 Cup Final.
3. The 1-0 and 1-6 v rags in the title season.

Even the likes of a City v Burnley on a wet Wednesday night at Turf Moor can't come close to the sheer joy of those occasions.

About six games in the "championship" under Keegan. We kept get players sent off in the first ten minutes and then went on to batter teams, playing some of the best football I'd ever seen us play. One of them was Ali B getting sent off against Millwall and we went on to win 2-0 and their manager Mark McGhee said he thought we'd brought two extra players on, rather than having one sent off, we were that good. I loved that season!

One of the best atmospheres I've known us produce in that game. Was a chilly December evening, late Saturday kick off under the floodlights. Great game that.

That's the game where de Jong has his own YouTube tribute to isn't it? Great performance.

City 2 - 1 Ipswich in the FA Cup Semi Final 1981 at Villa Park, was behind the goal when Paul Power curled the free kick into the top corner in extra time... Brilliant!!

That was the winner. But the only goal of the game. We won 1- 0.

A lot of games in the title winning season spring to mind. Apart from the obvious ones like the QPR game and the Derby, the Chelsea game was memorable when we turned it round right at the end. Hamburg was a top game, despite the result, Arsenal at home when Adebayor ran the whole length of the pitch as well. But one that always sticks in my mind for some reason is when we beat Villa 4-1 at home in our first year at the Etihad. Anelka got himself a hat trick and Tarnat hit a screamer, I remember leaving that game very satisfied.
