I've always played loads of first person shooters like counter strike, call of duty, half life.To be honest it's very rare I venture out my comfort zone,£40+ for a game I may get bored of,or complete to quickly really isn't an option BUT, a mate just lent me the new tomb raider and its the fucking bomb !, it's pretty scripted and kind of obvious once you get into it but it plays like a dream and offers a decent enough challenge.Not quite black ops zombies but still quality.

I love a game with good writers. It's far too rare though.

One thing I loved about Half Life was how it used the medium to tell the story, rather than resorting to cut scenes and trying to be a film. If you're supposed to be the character, then you should be seeing everything through his eyes AFAIC.

It's available on Google Play. Played through it again a few weeks ago. Forgot how harsh it was, you end up dying at least once on every screen!

Re-played Sam and Max recently. Still funny, well written and excellent.

Massive fan of the Snes, nothing came close imo!
Zelda A Link to The Past, highly addictive and probably my fav game of all time!
Honorary mentions go to Super Mario 3, Mario Kart and Super Soccer (a truely awful game, but i loved it for some reason!)
Special mention goes to Goldeneye on the N64, an Epic game!!!!
