Well played Blackburn great workrate and they probably deserved to nick it. I feel terrible for Boyata, trying too hard and overstepped the mark. It's arsenal all over again for him and Pelli is entitled to lose confidence in him now

Rovers are a top top championship side, and i feel we did well to get a result on their turf.
Everyone played relatively well; Garcia, Clichy, Boyata and Milner especially.
Looks like our away form is sorted, and things are on the up.

I just don't get this myth about players not being able to play every game.
It didn't happen years ago. Surely the best tactic is pick your best xi get the game won and then make the changes. We have far to many passengers in that team today.

I must know absolutely eff all about football 'cos my view is that yer put out the team to win it comfortably. Get it won and then make the subs. This idea of playing a team that STATISTICALLY has the edge always comes undone. If BBurn had scored again anytime in that half we would have been buggered.

Yup...and if the intention is to avoid burn out then it would have helped us play extra game....hoping rodwell and Jovetic are fit by then

In the hat for the next round that's the main thing. I'd rather have a bad performance and get another bite of the cherry than drop points in the premier league. We can't win every game. I know its another fixture we can do without but it gives another chance to our fringe players and the match could ease some players back in from injury. Once that red card was given I was happy with a draw.

I thought Garcia played really well first half, not sure why he is getting so much of the blame.

He offers nothing but 4 yard sidewzys passes. Nothing going forward, no pace and easily bypassed in midfield and he cant get back to recover. Gave the all away cheapily alot today also
