I like adding beetroot to my sardine salads. Sounds like a weird combo but it strangely works. Always like to add a few olives too.

The best way to spoil a decent beetroot sardine salad is to add olives. In fact the best way to ruin anything is to stick a few olives. They swear by them at The Emirates - every halftime drink comes with a couple of olives.I like adding beetroot to my sardine salads. Sounds like a weird combo but it strangely works. AmlodopineI'm asking if he only offered Meds,which it seems he did not as they were prescribed in the first instance......i take it the follow up visits will hopefully eliminate medical issue and,if relevant,lifestyle will be addressed and advice given.
That is what every GP should be doing,although i guess workload burden somewhat hinders that.

They're ok when they've been squashed and made into oil. Avocados are another. Just been into M&S cafe and there on the menu are 'smashed avocados'. Why 'smash 'em'? Why not gently squash or mash 'em. Very North London, very Muswell Hill and it's come to Rochdale!They are very divisive aren't they? Avocado is amazing. I have it on sourdough bread with scrambled egg. Low in carbs, cheap and very filling.All good for the ticker..recently got into avocado. Apparently Joan Collins swears by them;)
