Blue Alliance Survey Results - SING UP FOR THE CHAMPIONS

I've often thought about our "Anthem" Bluemoon. There are occasions when the whole ground sing as one and it sounds great. The trouble is it seems to die away really quickly and fizzles out because we only repeat a small part of the song and some parts of the stadium give it up earlier than the others. Given that its recognised universally as our song, might it be a good idea that as supporters we learn and sing the whole song all the way through. The club could help by maybe putting the words on the electronic boards till we've all learnt it. This might be also co-ordinated with flag waving, drum or something else. What do you think?

I think the song Bluemoon dies quicker becasue of the tannoy playing it. last seaon against chelsea we sang bluemoon properly and it was immense.

Would you believe a machine that kicks out foam?
I'm all for it aslong as the foam is "blue matey" bubble bath foam, and i don't have to push the foam machine upto level 3.

Well done Blues great work, as always I am on hand with the 'Ticker Tape' I will support anything to make the occasion better, we really have to show the World at the Real Madrid game what it is all about.

Great idea and great work by the Blue Alliance. Like them or loathe them, no-one now can knock the effort they put into creating a better atmosphere.

The Ajax fans will be rocking as well though. Let's hope the atmosphere is brilliant.

I have always thought a bring a scarf night would create a good spectacle. If you get the word out, it would be easy to organise and less contrived and plastic than club organised free flags etc.

I think the biggest challenge is getting bum's on seats 10 min's before kick off for anyone to actually start to sing! That's why the PA sytem is what it is.
Sadly, to many folk can't leave the beer alone until the last possible moments before KO.


On another subject why not introduce a certain theme for big games ?? Like the Bananas, anything is possible to add to the visual effect.

How about inflatable whiskey bottle's v united ?? lol

And inflatable police baton's v Real Madrid!!!!.....thugs in uniforms that they are!!

Should add i was reffering to the Madrid cop's as thug's.

No beer on champions league nights in the ground so us who like a pint stay longer in the pub, I will however make the effort for this

I'd have loved all this shit a few years back mate, I bet it's a quality laugh. I rarely get to any aways these days though.
