Couldn't agree more great songwriter and always tuned in when he appeared on the Letterman show who knew a good songwriter or two.Agreed. I like Werewolves, but he wrote so many better songs. Sad that some only know him by WoL. The "Warren Zevon" album featured so many gems: Carmelita, Hasten Down the Wind, Poor Poor Pitiful Me, Mohammed's Radio, Desperadoes Under the Eaves, etc.

I loved their greatest hits album. If it wasn't for my random reviews they wouldn't have been in there - but 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' was such a brilliant album - not the title track, but 'The Boxer' 'Only Living Boy In New York' and most of that album is just superb. led me to hearing some of their earlier and live stuff, great duo
I always thought all they needed was one guitar and their two voices and their sound was complete.I loved their greatest hits album.
All those songs on The Graduate.
