Think I've done some serious damage to my biceps, did a few sessions of weights which basically consisted of 20 mins of arms, shoulders and chest on separate days, where you do it to failure, now I can't straighten my arms and it feels like I've ripped my biceps in two. I've been in serious pain in last two days to the point I've been on ibuprofen and heat rub, think ill stick to boozing.
A Bicep tear is a very bad injury, and the operation to put it back, is to cut into the arm and "roll" the bicep back, and then re stitch to the forearm. Then put the arm in plaster for 3 to6 months, lots of powerlifters get it, for obvious reasons. I hope you have not done that.

Wide stance squats?
Tricky one that... Try squats on a"Smith machine" with both feet close together, forward from your body, kinda like leaning back a bit.

Also, super-duper-set on a smith machine - lunges (10 on each leg), close stance squats (10) then wide stance squats (10) - 40 total reps, killer.
Arnold had a belter,Superset Leg Exst with squats 5x12-8 then leg curls superset with leg press,5x12-8.brutal, but good.

Jesus I hope not but the whole of my upper arms are tight as hell and I'm serious when I say I can't straighten my arms, I'm just constantly trying to stretch them :(

Go to the docs, and next time warm up properly.

Has anyone got any really good abs work outs?

I feel now I have some abs and my V's (and the veins on either side back) that I should try and make more of them, especially with Ibiza coming up in 5 weeks. Try and shred my torso a little bit more.

Giving it one more day, but like you said should have warmed up, thing is the actual exercises didn't seem that hard at the time.

A couple of guys in my gym,few years back arguing about which "art" boxing on judo is better for the"street" got into a fight, and things got nasty. the judo guy grabbed the boxer and tore his bicep.Itook him to the hospital, and you could see where it had "rolled" up, horrible sight.

How did you get to this stage SWP? What exercises are you doing?

I'm nearly there ie can see a four pack, but need to get rid of the last bit of fat from my lower abs.

I'm doing 150 crunches per day, abs and oblique machine at gym.

I've basically cut my cals from 2500 to around 1500 ish, but scared of losing muscle as well as fat.

mainly through diet and cardio.

It's only been the past two weeks that I have made sure I've hit my abs everyday and they have come along quite quickly. I downloaded an abs app to my phone and have been using that but I am sure one of the gym bunnies on here has a better daily abs workout.

I just want to look shredded (but big rather than skinny which I am certainly not) by 6th September.

Anyone know some glute workouts. My left one is so weak that I get allsorts of knee and hip problems

Been seeing an athletic therapist for the same thing. Here are the exercises I've been doing:

The third exercise involves placing a ball between your hips and the wall with the leg raised off the floor. Balance on the outside leg so that your weight slightly leans into the ball. Now you will try to roll the ball up the wall by using only the hip muscles of the outside leg to roll your torso along the ball.

Was doing these to help strengthen my hips which keep getting thrown out of alignment playing soccer which shows as pain in my left knee. Two other good exercises are:
