I feel now I have some abs and my V's (and the veins on either side back) that I should try and make more of them, especially with Ibiza coming up in 5 weeks. Try and shred my torso a little bit more.

I've completely lost my mojo at the moment, hurt my back which meant I've missed over a week's worth of gym sessions, coupled with a wedding, my diet has gone to pot. Need to get back on the horse ASAP.

As i would say,eat and drink something before you faint and/or injure yourself.
