Hanging (off a chinning bar) leg raises.3x20-30 reps.good for the whole abb area.If you cant raise your legs,start with your knees until you get stronger.Try not to swing.
 
Just wanted to bump my recommendation of German Volume Training(GVT).

Ive been performing the workouts about a month now and i'm finding it one of the most productive routines i have ever done.

The jist.........

It covers both muscle building and cv work as it involves performing 10 sets of 10 reps with a constant weight(usually 60% of 1rep max) with 60secs between those sets.

Ive been splitting my workouts over 4 days,every other day.....

mon - legs(squats)
wed - chest(incline db press)
fri- back(deadlifts)
sun - shoulders(overhead press)


Its brutal and needs dedication and plenty of effort but its very effective(and quickish).
Use this method on compound exercises(squat,deads,press etc.) and maybe a couple of supplementary exercises at the end,although you should be capable of next to fuck all at that stage........

I guarantee you'll see great results.
 
So it's just the one compound movement x 10 per session?

I've completely lost my mojo at the moment, hurt my back which meant I've missed over a week's worth of gym sessions, coupled with a wedding, my diet has gone to pot. Need to get back on the horse ASAP.

Yep,just the one.....

For example squats at 60kg

10 reps

60secs rest

10 reps

repeat for 10 sets.

You wont get all ten out initially,you'll start failing about set 7 or 8,just do as many as you can until the ten sets are complete,dont alter the rest period!

When all ten are achievable up the weight a nats dick!

It might be the impetus you need mate.
 
Went "insane" yesterday in the gym with my cardio despite being on my fast day (5:2)

Feeling it today! Headaches and just feel like I have no fuel!

Couldn't get off the sofa to go the gym so will have to be tomorrow. Gutted tbh.

Probably dehydration and/or being low on glycogen mate.
