Bluemoon Fitness Thread

Aiming to really lean down and get strong again after a patchy 2017. What's everyone's routines? I did Push/Pull/Legs last year, but going for arms, push, legs pull this.
 
I started back at the gym today to work off the December pounds. Not to mention the September, October and November ones.

Go on holiday in 10 weeks - need to shed a stone to get into my Summer wardrobe.

Late night snacking my downfall - need to just get to bed earlier (about 7.30!)
