Same here. Seems high protein and fat works for me. Shame, I love my carbs :-(I struggle with it because i miss my grub.As such ive always been an advocate of carb manipulation - it has always served me brilliantly.

It receives fantastic feedback from those that it does suit,so hopefully it is.I think this could be right up my street, I'm not a huge meal eater but my Achilles heel is snacking in the evenings, I'm quite stubborn and disciplined when I have something to focus on so this might be worth a go

Just bought a bike and loving getting out on that. Its a mountain bike and much prefer off road rides and some really good ones around lancashire. Just done 40k and legs like jelly but totally enjoyed it. Im finding it a good alternative to my running which at this time of year i really struggle to motivate myself.
