Ok cheers, he's given me some great advice in the past so I'll await him to join in the conversation and tap him up
I struggle with it because i miss my grub.As such ive always been an advocate of carb manipulation - it has always served me brilliantly.

I think this could be right up my street, I'm not a huge meal eater but my Achilles heel is snacking in the evenings, I'm quite stubborn and disciplined when I have something to focus on so this might be worth a go
