Harry redknapps dog is looking for his statement as we speak
Or drinking bla bla blaNobody should be betting. Mug's game.

They shouldn't be mate. These things tear families apart and can rarely be enjoyed in moderation. So many good men would be happier if they ditched the betting and booze completely, but easier said than done in UK.
If it saves a few lives then all for it.
Problem gambling is a epidemic at present.
I'd be all for them banning the fixed odds games slots and roulette, thats where all the serious harm comes from. People in kitchens on the Charlie spinning slots away at all hours. Bookies love them. They have turned into shysters who just prey on peoples addictions, anyone with some sort of edge gets flagged quickly by the algorithim and have bets restricted etc, the ones doing their bollocks get emails offering free spins and bonuses.
The odds on sport are a joke and they take massive margins, gambling commision isn't fit for purpose and 9/10 of these gambling harm charities are just on a grift, millions in funding has gone to very dubious sources with little to no impact.
Are you for real? What else would you ban?
Adults can make choices.
Banning things because small percentages have addiction issues is just ridiculous.
If we went with your logic nearly everything would be banned as people can get addicted to things. Jesus Christ Ha.
Lets ban sex, beer, bets, shopping, etc
Do we actually have an endemic issue? Why men, don't women gamble as well?I'm not saying things should be banned, as people would just find a way around that.
We have an endemic issue around men's mental health in our country, I do believe that stems from negative habits such as the above. Most men never realise this until it's too late.
