He’s a ****.
Time to sleep.
Time to sleep.
A demonstration of how stupid he was.what an absolute **** - playing games with all our lives with all our futures
I was bluffing on no-deal Brexit, says Boris Johnson
In his book Unleashed the former prime minister said he needed EU leaders to believe he would ‘drive the car off the cliff’www.thetimes.com
Quite an admission. Adopting the Bloviator's negotiating stance - the political will to walk away - failed, because the EU did have the political will, and the clout to make Johnson crumble.A demonstration of how stupid he was.
The EU would have coped with a No Deal Brexit much better than us. We knew it, they knew it, we knew they knew it and they knew we knew it. If we were stupid enough to let it happen, it wouldn’t have lasted long and they knew that as well.

Tbf Brexit doesn't seem to have made that much difference either way to people's lives. The main difference seems to be that we don't have to put up with endless news items featuring farage and EU leaders.Quite an admission. Apart from the people it has made a big difference to.Tbf Brexit doesn't seem to have made that much difference either way to people's lives. The main difference seems to be that we don't have to put up with endless news items featuring farage and EU leaders.
There are very few things in life I have more contempt for than people who think they are good negotiators, when they conspicuously are not. It’s a pitiful sight, and almost exclusively marked by those the overreach, rather than those that look to be conciliatory. A no deal Brexit would have been far more harmful to us than the rest of the EU, which the latter would have known, and so its threat was entirely hollow.what an absolute **** - playing games with all our lives with all our futures

I would say the main discernible differences are getting goods in and out of the country and the enduring collapse of the pound. Along with the huge increase in numbers of migrants of colour. Plus the sad and avoidable impact on our relations with our neighbours and our standing in the world.Tbf Brexit doesn't seem to have made that much difference either way to people's lives.
