Bernie, Phil and Alvarez completely changed the game tonight all three were superb when called upon.

That Haaland goal was incredible, I think he was made in a lab he's not human!

Big game early doors Saturday was always gonna rotate.

Alvarez won't start against Wolves, so why not start him tonight? He immediately brought more energy and directness than Mahrez - could have balanced out the retention of the left hand side.

I think Bernardo made a difference. I wouldn't say the other 2 subs actually did much more than those they replaced. They just gave the team better balance.

And what did Bernardo do? He didn't create any dangerous situation or great pass. He just gave energy and great pressing as usual. Same with Alvarez and Foden. The 3 worked great and all of them gave the team the energy needed

Stones doesn't play like a regular right back. He doesn't have the guille or the vision, great ctr back though. I can give mahrez a little slack for having a ctr back behind him.
