They should be totally ashamed most of the team that is - harty well done - if only we could have shown your spirit through the team.

What i would like to know is who motivates that team - coaches all over the place and on tonights performance they should all be scacked - you should not be paid -

I PAY A FORTUNE TO WATCH CITY AND I AM TOTALLY GUTTED OF WHAT I WATCHED TONIGHT.

Blimey you got back quick

I haven't seen this kind of reaction to a game since we last got beat in midweek before a weekend derby... Liverpool 3-0. Guess what happened...
This!

Some of our support is pathetic. Like...proper pathetic. They wait until something goes wrong then are out on force trying to bring down the manager or certain players.

Our support can be a fucking joke at times.

We were the third best team in the group - easily - and finished fourth. Not a huge problem, just not what could have been if we'd beaten Ajax at home (which was the one disappointment of this years CL campaign).

Can't agree with that. Getting beaten away at Ajax comfortably was a disappointment. We did OK in one game, Real away, and even then the score probably flattered us.

The European campaign has been pathetic. Not saying Mancini out or anything like that, but it cannot be denied that our European campaign this year has been simple embarrassing.

LOL, seriously guys it was a meaningless game. Europa is shit, and now we can concentrate on what is really important, the league. Quite obvious that Mancini told the players to not give a rat's arse and to save themselves for the derby.

We've avoided the European equivalent of the Carling cup.I'm struggling to get upset about it.

And this.

I actually think that we did ok tonight, apart from completely switching off when Aguero came on... They scored within seconds as we were all looking at each other... but once he got in, he put an un-defendable ball in. They are a really good team and will do really well in this year's competition, and far better than anything we'll meet domestically even with a few changes! It does show us how far we need to progress to succeed in the CL.

But we were missing Yaya & Silva and included Javi Garcia (who actually wasn't as bad as he was v Wigan, although still nowhere near good enough, they were going passed him at will!) and add to that any real desire to go and win the game... It was all over before the home Madrid game anyway and TBH I've felt the same all the way through the last 2 CL games... Sorry, but no Thursday nights suits me, and our title bid, just fine.

So what that we've got the worst English CL group record!? Unlike Blackburn we'll be back again next year, and the year after, and the... You get the idea.

BUT...

If this happens again next year, Mancini won't survive it.

If we don't now go and win the title, he may not get the opportunity.

We'll see.
Mancini won't be here next season, Silva and Yaya don't strengthen this team at the moment so that is no excuse.

with christmas fast spproaching and the January "window" almost upon us I would offer Dzeko and Balotelli as a special BOGOF deal, perhaps even include some nectar points if that might speed their departure.

Re: A refund after tonight would be nice City.

I feel so sorry for all our marvellous fans who have travelled all over Europe, spending thousands of £`s in their quest to see City give them something in return.
Can I make a suggestion to the Club, that they refund every City fan who travelled to Germany tonight, after once again being made to look an embarrassment by a team who appeared to want to win this game more than our players.
Come on Sheikh Mansour, give each and every City fan a complete refund.

Don't want a refund just want a performance, not bothered about a win as long as we make a fist of it.
Embarrassed.
