Dean is great ref. Linesman cancelled 2nd Newcastle goal for offside, Cisse was definitely offside but Dean overruled it as Cisse didn't touch the ball, Evans sent it to net before it came to him.

In fairness to him, they haven't ruled how he wanted. What is he supposed to do? Let the officials make up their own minds?

I'd just like to point out that the linesman flagged correctly because Cisse was in an offside position when the ball was played to him, but as he didn't touch it he didn't become active so the ref was correct to overrule it and give the goal whatever the old pisscan says. Read law 11.
