Boyata

I still believe he could be an effective midtable centre half, his 'issues' are mental IMO as i don't think he quite believes in himself and often looks apprehensive and uneasy.

A run of games at centrehalf would do him wonders,he wont get them here.....

I don't think it helps that our rotation is revolution rather than evolution. Playing boyata, lescott and garcia meant we were very cumbersome on the ball coming outof defence on the right.mif boyata (or lescott, garcia) was played with the rest of the first team he cold be accommodated / carried.

I think pellegrini has to rotate more gently and regularly rather than play a fiest team and a second team.

I've got about 30 more if you still need them.

I asked for "evidence".

I didn't ask for quotes of opinions on BM from posters with a limited appreciation of quality.

I cannot argue with someone who believes that they know better in hindsight than the entire forum did live/

Literally, I have no idea how to do this.

It wasn't a foul mate. I agree that he had comitted a few before he was shown the yellow, but he was shown the yellow for no reason.
It was a blatant body check and utterly stupid in my opinion and it was right in front of me. We were going mad at him in the ground for giving away a daft free kick in a dangerous area. But even if it was unfair, having been booked, it was insane to do the second foul. He is the new Christian Negouai, who was equally hapless and brainless.

I just saw your post and it made me second guess myself. I had recorded it so I just went back and rewatched it about half a dozen times. Never in a million years was that a foul mate. There was no body check. Maybe the fact that the replay was showing it from behind makes it easier to see. If anything, it was the blackburn player that had his hand in Boyatas face. I agree 100% that the foul for the second yellow was uterly moronic and said at the time that that would be the end of him, but if you get the chance to watch the foul again, give it a watch. Around the 67th min.
