Bring the Noise

Left home 12.45 yesterday to get my free parking spot and watch the coach arrive, got home at 21.00.

It all seems a bit silly leaving early to be honest.

It's interesting how in certain big games very few have somewhere to go.

I just wish when people leave early they'd fucking leave and not decide to stand still watching something they were quite prepared to miss. If you're going fucking well go.
 
Only just getting chance to come on here since yesterday. I'm sure it's been covered elsewhere, but just wanted to say a big well done to those responsible for the 'Pannick on the streets of London banner' it was an inspired choice and looked great.

So we’re giving rows of seats right behind the goal to scousers. It doesn’t make any sense.

If your giving tickets out give them to local kids who might actually support us or put them in the third tier, not right behind the goal

Who knows? Probably just some mutual courtesy thing or whatever. I wouldn’t read too much into it without knowing the facts to be honest.
 
Heard there’s a coach welcome between training ground and Mary d’s etc.

Anyone know if the team getting off at Colin bell will have blue smoke etc

It’s a virtuous circle. The thing I think has changed is that the first effort used to come from the fans now it has to come from the players. If we get after them and score early then it will be fine.
 
May have been posted elsewhere, but City Matters confirmed that the club agreed to have the PA turned off earlier to build the atmosphere.

But really it shouldn't be like that, us scoring the first goal to get the atmosphere going.....more chance of City scoring first if the atmosphere is BANGING right from the start of the game.
Definitely would help the players if they hear a raucous atmosphere right from the get go..the crowd are supposed to be the twelfth man.
