brink back sitting

It's pretty simple really: The first 10 rows, or a specific block of the away allocation is/are sold on the pre-condition that you are buying a ticket in an all-seated area. If you persistantly stand in these areas you are ejected. The other away tickets are sold as either sitting or standing.

eg. At COMS, the upper tier for away fans could be such a seated area and priced £5 more than the lower tier.

fuck off!!

my first reaction as well but on reflection

sit if you want to sit as you have paid for your seat

i will also stand if I want to stand football should not be sanitized to the degree that the stands are full of trainspotters in anoraks abiding by all the rules.

football has and always be a release for the working classes

As has been said in an ideal world we would still have the choice between standing or sitting but it is unlikely to ever change, so unfair to slate people who for various reasons prefer to watch the game as the stadium was designed to.

Yeah, because there aren't plenty of places around the stadium where everyone does sit... Effectively, the City fans have created their own standing sections, and small ones at that! So, if you don't want to be in the standing section, go and sit elsewhere. It's no different to if there was an actual standing section.

For away games all you people who want to sit should petition the club to unofficially assign the front rows to sitters.
Effectively standing in an all seater stadium is illegal so i'd say there is a difference

Prawn sandwich brigade.

thats right, you must be part of the prawn sandwich brigade if your health/age prevents you standing for the whole game.
very selfish

Totally unfeasible in regards to away games.
