No scouting system will get 100% of their decisions right. There is only so much information that can be gleaned. The rest is in the lap of the gods. Injury, acclimatisation etc cannot ever be factored in fully.I think most of the time Bluemooners are making better decisions than City's full time scouts
The club spent around 100m on Kalvin Philips & Nunes, where other cheaper & better options were available.

It’s easy to spot the mistakes after the fact. You never know how a player is going to turn out until purchased. Phillips looked good for the price and his ability to give Rodri a rest. Nunes was a bit desperate and a rushed decision after Paqueta fell through.I think most of the time Bluemooners are making better decisions than City's full time scouts

Spending money on players ain’t easy. So many variables in play with the persons ability to adapt and succeed.

Every player deserves time to show their ability. However, this is top level football and time is costly and at a premium.It is much to early to make a judgement on Nunes, no matter how much the court of Bluemoon wishes to pass sentence.
At city we normally allow a new player a certain grace period under pep. Nunes is not getting anywhere near the 1st team and the glimpses on show are no were near consistent enough. The bar to win is too high in the league which does not afford us the luxury of wait 2 seasons and see.
