Judging from when I last saw him he’s probably tucking into a bacon sandwich.Wonder what Jamie Pollock is up to these days… :-)

Clearly does more than that for them, though, doesn't he?
Since he started being played in DM for Newcastle he's contributed to about 30 goals in 100 Premier League games. We miss Rodri's defensive qualities obviously, but his ability further up the pitch as something as a box-to-box midfielder is seriously underrated.
Bruno's fast, he's aggressive and dynamic, tough, energetic, doesn't shirk a tackle, and knows where the net is. Would be an ideal box-to-box type when Rodri's back as well and needs legs next to him. He's also comfortable slotting into the full DM position to allow Rodri chance to rest.
Plus, the Geordies love him. It's always a good sign when a transfer target of ours is still being celebrated and adored by the club he's coming from. I held out hope that Ake would come good simply because of how highly rated he was by Bournemouth fans, who still love him to this day.
Newcastle don't have to sell in January, but they're going to have to sell before they buy, and considering how they've stagnated in the last 12 months they'll need to regenerate the team in other areas pronto. I think we should slap £90m-£100m on the table and see what they do.
How much longer are you going to hold onto this grudge.Judging from when I last saw him he’s probably tucking into a bacon sandwich.
Not got a grudge. Just the last time I saw Jamie Pollock he was fatter than me. And, believe it or not, scruffier. How much longer are you going to hold onto this grudge.
Have you seen Pollock recently. Makes me look anorexicNot got a grudge. Just the last time I saw Jamie Pollock he was fatter than me. And, believe it or not, scruffier.
Careful... you may well kick off a fish puns tangent.Wonder what Jamie Pollock is up to these days… :-)
Not that I'm aware of mate.has there been any proper credible city sources saying bruno could come to city or is all guess work don't want to get my hopes up to much

Sounds exactly what we don't wantI love Bruno but "fast" he is not, and I don't think he would offer your team much.
We have similar issues to you without Rodri, we lack someone who holds the midfield together, Bruno has generally been played in the No.6 in a three man central midfield, but his lack of positional discipline and recovery pace often leaves a big hole in front of the defense for opposition teams to just walk through us. He also has a habit of giving the ball away in dangerous positions.
A lot of Newcastle fans would like to see him played in a more advanced role, as we really lack anyone else with creative vision to pick out a defense splitting pass. At our level he could offer that, but he's not a good enough creative player at your level.

Rodri was called plodri for over a year by City fans, he’s not exactly rapid.Yeah, if people think you'd be getting a player who can effectively cover for Rodri, he is not that. I love him, but he is the epitome of your current midfield issues and I don't really see where he fits into your team when Rodri is back.

shame seems we have been linked with a lot of players in the last few daysUnfortunately not.
