BT Sport about to snatch the CL off Sky/ITV?

Not arsed, Sky have had things their own way too long, ITV rarely show us and are the worst rag sycophants around imo. Down the pub as usual for the bigger games and there will be some to free air anyway.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but they are talking about the CL and EL prize money for clubs more or less doubling under this new deal.

FFP? Perhaps not that worrying for the teams who qualify.

Nice too that City are already BT partners. I wonder if the club had prior knowledge when they did the BT Sport deal, I suspect they did.

It'll finally give me the kick up the Arse I need to kick sky into touch in 2015. I will just switch to streaming it. Taking the CL away from free-to-air will turn a lot of people away. Unless you support a team in the competition, there is no way Joe Bloggs will pay either a monthly subscription or ppv.

Agreed, I've never really forgiven ITV and Sky for driving the creation of the PL and contributing significantly to the rag domination from 92/93 onwards.

For the critics of BT's presentation were Sky that great in their first season or two of coverage?

Is there not an EU directive (or some such thingy) which demands that a certain percentage of Chump's Lg games must be free to air?
Not that it'll do us any good. We'll continue to get the hind tit from whoever has the rights.

I subscribe to sky,but this will certainly make me reconsider fucking it off in 2 yrs.
for all it's rag bias the sky coverage is far superior to that of BT and losing the champions is a bit annoying.

So we wont have to see much more of this bellend?
