You’ll catch a few with that mate.A first class budget from a first class government.

I know this is extra money not the the whole budget. If you’ve worked in education you’ll know £50,000 extra for say a secondary school is peanuts probably 1 extra NQT and a TA after salary and add ons if that.
To put it in context there’ll be thousands of schools last year who had to save 100k on the budget for this year by not replacing teachers or TAs.
It’s a drop in the ocean is my point. It won’t go on luxuries, it’ll be on basics. It’s money to buy kit. Sports equipment etc.

That’s true. But schools have never had higher costs than since Academisation. It’s money and had Labour put £420M in yesterday I’d have the exact same opinion.
We can’t demand extra and then moan when we get it lol.

I’d suggest in terms of education money has been wasted on free schools. One near us is tiny and wasn’t needed. Don’t levy schools for apprenticeships unless they are actually going to use it.We have a societal choice to make in the very near future and it’s do we want world class education, health, mental health services etc etc and if we do are we prepared to pay for them via tax.
Let’s have it right here, our education and NHS services are superb they really are but the demand means more and more money is needed but it has to come from somewhere.
It’s telling that £420m is almost called derisory yet if asked to pay more tax to fund I will wager a majority will moan at that as well.
Something has got to give.
I loved his tactics of saying he's been inundated by calls from {insert profession} since the budget to back up his policies.John McDonnell sounding like a whinging twat on breakfast tv. Still moaning even though they have done quite a lot of what they were moaning about before. How can people really moan about that budget.
Moan moan fucking moan.
